See how they use words, graphics and video to draw their audience in. Take that information and adapt it to your own needs and create compelling and relevant content that will bring a flow of customers to your site.
- Outsource, outsource and… outsource – the old adage that “Time is money” is so true. Don’t waste your valuable time on project elements that can be done by others. You should be spending as much time as possible on research and strategic planning.
- Change is a good thing – your goal is to make money! If, after you’ve done the research and your marketing channels are up and running, you haven’t made a profit in the first week – make changes and see what happens. Success is rarely instant and all sites go through a period of testing and adaptation. Your site will be the same.
The secret to online marketing success is really very simple – perseverance! Online Internet marketing isn’t a science; it’s a complex business with many different possible strategies that take time and effort to master! You can read 100 books on internet marketing but you still have to do the work, look for the information and be prepared to make and learn from your mistakes.
